Meditation is a key focus of my work empowering you to cultivate more peace, calm and stillness in your life.

Through specific types of meditation classes and courses we focus on connecting more deeply with the insights and wisdom of your higher awareness.

As a facilitator I support you as the expert in your life to co-create the changes your heart desires.

Mediation classes and courses at Hearts Essence offer both Mindfulness based Meditations and Creative Visualisation approaches.

At Hearts Essence we draw on a wide variety of Meditation approaches including  (but not limited to) the work of Zen Teacher Thich Nhat Hanh, Australian Bush Flower Essences founder Ian White, meditations from Rachelle Sewell founder of the Resonate Essences and shamanic meditation approaches of Avril Norman, and Sanaya Roman.

Cali has been trained to teach and facilitate Meditation by Avril Norman, and is trained as a Teacher of Conscious Evolution. Cali is a registered Meditation Teacher by The International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT).

Meditation Coaching Sessions one on one:1 hr: $100
